Prepaid new Pricing designs

Our pleasure :

Verizon Prepaid asked us to redesign their new pricing model which was upcoming for. Our challenge here was to elevated not only for the existing prepaid customers experience but also for the new customer by introducing prepaid loyalty program. new pricing plans and loyalty discounts plays more crucial roles in getting customers to switch to the new Prepaid pricing plans. Requires the design team to take a step back and use problem solving skills (i.e., Requires higher effort). Applies to all three platforms — MVA(App), MVO(Online), and Dotcom.


Design challenge:

To get customers to switch to the new Prepaid pricing plans, we want to help them succeed in every one of these steps:

  • Understanding the offer.

  • Knowing how much they would pay each month and why.

  • Comparing the details of their current vs. Future plan

Feed card / Activation / Plan carousel/ Payment/ Autopay

In our efforts to make our product better, we're focusing on each feature. We think all the features are valuable and deserve to be showcased in a new way. We've written detailed and clear descriptions to help users understand what each feature does and how it can help them. Our marketing approach isn't just about words, it's also about using colors to make things easier to see and understand. We've used different colors to show the differences between features and to emphasize the most important parts of our product. Overall, we want our product to be as easy to use as possible. We want users to know exactly how it can help them. We think our new perspective, detailed descriptions, and use of color will help us do this.
